How do I return or exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the request is approved

What items are returnable?

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. All items applicable for an e-gift card or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original date.

FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned.  Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

  • Recommended to purchase a trackable shipping

 

How soon will I get my E-Gift Card or exchanged item?

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. 

  • If you are approved, then your request will be processed, and an E-Gift will be sent by e-mail or an exchange will be sent within 14 business days.
